According to the Guiyang Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, on November 21,2023, the Municipal Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station under the Construction Management Division conducted comprehensive supervision of the final acceptance inspection for Metro Line 3, marking another significant milestone since the full operation of Metro Lines 1 and 2 in Guiyang.
This acceptance inspection was organized by Guiyang Rail Transit Line 3 Construction and Operation Co., Ltd., with participation from the acceptance team, all participating construction units, and relevant government authorities responsible for specialized inspections. The final consensus was that the project met all requirements.
Orbit Line 3 starts at Tongmuling Station on the north side of Huaxi Ring Expressway and ends at Luowan Station in Wudang District, connecting four administrative areas: Huaxi, Nanming, Yunyan, and Wudang. It plays a vital role in advancing land economic development and alleviating traffic congestion across these regions in Guiyang.

The total length of the line is 43.03 kilometers,
with an operating speed of 100 kilometers per hour,
and there are 29 stations in total.

Guiyang Rail Transit Line 1 intersects with Line 3 at Beijing Road Station, which serves as an interchange station. Citizens can transfer here to destinations including Tongmuling, Luowan, Douguan and Xiaomeng Industrial Park.
Guiyang Rail Transit Line 2 intersects with Line 3 at West Yan'an Road Station, an interchange station where citizens may transfer to Baiyun North Road, Longdongbao International Airport, Tongmuling and Luowan.
